塞浦路斯证券交易委员会(CySEC)日前宣布其决定撤销M.G.T.M. Financial Services Ltd的塞浦路斯投资公司(Cyprus Investment Firm)授权。
CySEC已在2020年3月9日的会议上决定根据《2017年投资服务活动及规范市场法》(Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017)第8条第(1)款(a)项和《指令DI87-05》(Directive DI87-05)第4条第(7)款撤销M.G.T.M。 Financial Services Ltd的塞浦路斯投资公司授权(编号270/15)，因该公司明确声明放弃该授权。
